Bel-Air star Adrian Holmes was reportedly involved in a fatal car crash after allegedly striking a man laying on the 110 freeway in Los Angeles on Monday evening.
The actor, 47, who plays Philip Banks in the upcoming Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air reboot, allegedly struck an unidentified man laying in his lane while driving southbound on the 110 freeway north of Sunset Boulevard in downtown Los Angeles at around 7:35PM, according to TMZ.
Sources told the website that Holmes was unable to avoid hitting the individual. The driver right behind Holmes also was unable to avert the man, and allegedly ‘made contact’ with him as well.

The man’s body was pushed into the next lane, and was allegedly struck by a third vehicle. The unidentified man suffered fatal injuries.
Police are now investigating why the man was on the freeway.
Sources say that for now, drugs and alcohol are not believed to have played a role for any of the drivers involved in the incident. However, it is uncertain if this applies to the man on the road.
Holmes is a Welsh-Canadian actor with credits in The Boys, Arrow, Supernatural, and Elysium.

He received a Canadian Screen Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role for his role in 19-2 in 2017.
Now he is starring in the upcoming reboot of the hit series The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air with actor Will Smith serving as executive producer.
The show is based on a fan-made trailer that went viral in 2019.

Made by Fresh Prince superfan Morgan Cooper, the trailer had the tagline on YouTube: ‘What would happen if Will Smith made The Fresh Prince today? Bel-Air, a story of a kid from Philly whose life got turned upside-down… in 2019.’
The atmospheric and moody trailer successfully updates certain tropes from the original series, with intense passages of real-feeling police brutality as well as the moment Will’s mother tells him, ‘The only reason why you’re not in jail is because uncle Phil called in a favor!’
Fashion choices are significant and updated to today as well, with garment taglines saying ‘Free Meek’ and ‘What would Meek do’ (references to rapper Meek Mill and his battle with the U.S. justice system following a disputed conviction in 2007).
Cooper will co-write and direct the new project, as well as serve as a co-executive producer alongside Smith.
