The 45-year-old has vowed never to play again after unknowingly winning the grand prize of the lottery. The unnamed woman from Lower Franconia carried around the winning lottery ticket weeks after she emerged as the sole winner of the June 9 draw, lotto officials in Germany claim.
She won almost €33million (£28million) after correctly guessing seven fields on a German lottery ticket worth just €1.20 (£1).
Lotto Bayern quoted the woman as saying: “I still get dizzy at the thought that I carelessly carried almost €33million around in my purse for several weeks.”
The lucky winner only realised she had won the June 9 draw after she went to play the lottery again.
She plans on spending her winnings on living a healthy life and doing more to help the environment.
“By this I mean healthy eating, more time for exercise in the fresh air and responsible treatment of our environment,” she explained.
“We are also very much looking forward to soon being able to build our own energy-saving and resource-saving house with a natural garden.”
But the mother-of-one has said she does not intend on playing again.
She instead said she had won “more than enough for my husband, my daughter and me.”

Clark was encouraged to check his tickets by his partner, now wife, Trisha and her niece Louise.
“It was something of a standing joke that I had all these tickets while there was a local prize outstanding, so for weeks they were on at me to check,” he said.
Mr Clark’s lotto victory was so well publicised that he revealed himself as the winner at a press conference in Grantham.
