Queen Letizia of Spain has been pictured attending the inauguration of the expansion of the University Hospital of Guadalajara earlier today. For the occasion, the royal wore an all-white outfit, and it seems she chose a blouse, her daughter, Princess Leonor previously wore in April this year.
The Queen of Spain chose a white collarless blouse which featured lace applique – the same blouse her daughter wore earlier this year. It is not known who the blouse belonged to, and could very well have been the Queen’s, which her daughter borrowed.
According to royal fashion fans, the blouse is from & Other Stories, and is the White Organic Cotton Band Collar Blouse.
Designed in Paris, the blouse features long sleeves and a band collar, it also has gathered cuffs and a curved hemline.
Made from 100 percent organic cotton, it comes in three colourways; white, black and floral print.

Priced at £85, it is available online in white, in a few sizes – the other two colours are sold out in the UK.
She paired the blouse with white wide leg trousers by designer Boss – these are a staple in her wardrobe.
The trousers are said to be a version of a mondern sailor pant and feature “stunning construction and fit for timelessly modern style”.
Queen Letizia has worn them on several occasions; they first appeared in June 2016, and she wore then another two times in the space of a month.

Since then, they have made one appearance each year up until September 2019.
The monarch wore a pair of Mint and Rose sandals – the Arlena in the colour Adriatico, almost a soft duck egg blue.
They feature a thick strap across the front of the foot, but have a small open toe and a chunky heel, with a delicate ankle strap.
These are another repeat item and were last worn in May 2019.
Queen Letizia’s earrings are a pair of Joyerias Feather Drop Earrings – small hooked earrings that had three feathers in gold and silver dangling.
As for how Princess Leonor wore the blouse, she opted for a pair of light pink denim jeans which were also high waisted and she too, tucked the blouse in.
Instead of heels like her mother, the 16-year-old wore a pair of white flat trainers.
Princess Leonor was attending a conference on youth and cybersecurity in Madrid.
