Police were called to Wardown Park in Luton at around 3.15pm to reports a teenager had been stabbed.
He has been taken to hospital with injuries which are thought to be life threatening.
Bedfordshire Police tweeted: “We are currently at the scene of an incident in Wardown Park, Luton.
“We were called at around 3.15pm to a report that teenager had been stabbed.
“He has been taken to hospital with injuries currently believed to be life threatening.”
The force is urging anyone with information to contact them via their website or on 101 quoting reference 288 of 28 February.
