The Chase's Mark Labbett issues warning about 'fraud account' as his pictures are stolen

Mark Labbett, 56, otherwise known as The Beast on ITV’s The Chase, has urged fans not to follow a sham Instagram account which is posing as his secretary and using his images.

Warning his 26,000 followers, Mark wrote this morning: “Unfortunately the account marklabbett_secretary (using this picture) is a fraud.

“I don’t have a secretary. Reported to Insta.”

The Chase fans have thanked Mark for the warning.

Susan replied: “Thanks for the info.”

The Chaser has also adopted a high-protein diet instead of “pub meals with onion rings and garlic bread”.

He also reduced the amount of sugar he consumes, which he said was his “downfall” previously.

While Mark’s weight loss is a huge achievement, he previously told Express.co.uk he’s “still got a way to go”.

“It turned out a couple of years ago I wasn’t far away from being non-diabetic.

“I got pretty close to it. Unfortunately, I let myself go a bit because I didn’t know at the time.”
